DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service to know terms and conditions. A free standard exchange will then be offered. For products that are no longer manufactured, refund will be made, against return of the defective jewel.

PREFACE JEWELRY will not take into account repairs to products that prove to be defective after deterioration, negligence, attempted repair or unsuitable use of the jewel.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?

PREFACE BIJOUX offers a full statutory two-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. If possible, repairs, exchanges or refunds will be made in accordance with article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.

This warranty service is effective only on presentation of the purchase invoice. Likewise, it excludes:

 - oxidation resulting from contact with perfumes, creams, hair sprays, or any other oxidizing agent.

 - degradation resulting from contact with water (bath, aquatic activities ...).

IS MY ONLINE SHOP AND MY PERSONAL DATA SECURE?

The Website has been declared to the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberties under the following registration number:2097808 v 0.

The data you provide to us will in no case be transferred to third parties. All information gathered is used only for the purpose of improving customer satisfaction.

The Website has recourse to the use of "cookie" enabling the process of statistics and traffic information, which facilitate navigation and improve services for the ease of the Customer. The latter may oppose the collection of these "cookies" by configuring his/her navigation system. HOW DO I PAY MY ORDER?

Paypal payment allows to make a secure payment. Paypal stores and safeguards your every detail and shop details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information. PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal balance directly.

Bank transfer is possible, by means of a transfer of money from the Client to the professional account of PREFACE BIJOUX company. If this means of payment is chosen, then the Client will obtain a RIB from the beneficiary

Sales are aligned with the periods set by the French regulations.

During the sales periods, the standard delivery* will be offered and maintained for any order over 89 € of purchase.

For Overseas:

- Colissimo - Home delivery without signature

 Indicative delivery period : D+7 to D+10

For the International:

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY COMMAND?

PREFACE BIJOUX will forward to you, on receipt of the validation of your purchase and payment, the confirmation of receipt of the order form, the summary of your order, the corresponding invoice and a copy of the present in PDF format.

You will also receive an e-mail informing you of the shipment of your order as well as the tracking number of your package.

HOW DO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS TAKE PLACE?

Consult terms of exchange and return to article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Beforehand, please contact the Customer Service according to the terms of article 18.1 of the General Terms and Conditions. The Customer will then be asked to complete the withdrawal form.

- If the Customer decides to withdraw his product, he has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to return it, to obtain a refund. We don't pratice having. The costs of return remaining at his charge.

- If the product does not correspond to the past order or if it has a major manufacturing defect, a free standard exchange will be made against return of the product received. For products that are no longer manufactured, refunds will be made. In this case, the expenses of return will be the responsibility of the company PREFACE BIJOUX.

Sets, earrings, personalized jewelry, hair accessories and custom creations can not be returned. Please note in this regard Article 12.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PACKAGE SUBMITTED BY THE BOOK DISPLAYS OPEN OR HAS ANY ANOMALY?

The customer is obliged to refuse a damaged parcel or to have the condition of the parcel notified on the delivery note before signature.
